Oh, I knew what you are referring to given the Breaking News posts by Jim and defenderSD. But trying to sort out the conflicting information is difficult. From what I gather, HR 1606 and its soon to be Senate companion S 678 are the ones to support (See HR 1606 The Freedom to Weblog Act(Freeper Call to Arms)). On the other hand, I didn't find any specific bill number for what McCain and Liberman are up to, only a reference in defenderSD's NewsMax article that McCain and Lieberman are going to come up with something further to restrict free speech. In the interim, there are a plethora of threads under keywords CFR and McCain:

I think you are mistaken. If you just use the text info you are ok, but when you use the imbedded software to display per this notice you may have a problem. My advice is to ask them for permission and to advise others not to copy what you have posted.

At the same website, you can download the list in Text or CSV format, import into excel and create a mailing list for labels or envelopes.

I have it set up for all of the Republican Senators whenever something of importance comes about. (I don't waste the stamps to send to Dems)
