"Its a slaughter. Those seals cannot escape. I'm sorry but when hunters hunt their prey their prey has a 50/50 chance of escaping or at least trying to. These baby seals cannot even move hardly. That's slaughter in my book."

And...? So...? What's your point? Slaughter, hunt, whatever - it's not like they're doing this for fun (as opposed to say shooting deer, lured by corn and apples, from a stand in a tree). It's just an industry, and the only good argument against it that I would pay any attention to is if it is unsustainable. Other than that it's no more brutal or cruel than what goes on in countless slaughterhouses every day.

Hearts bleed for so many odd reasons.
Common sense and clear, straight thinking has no part in bleeding hearts. Their sentiment comes from pure emotion....therefore unreachable by thinking, brainpower or logic.
