The real issue is not immigration reform, it is law enforcement. We do have laws against illegal immigration. Liberals are very find of the "law enforcement" argument on terrorism, why not here? Just a semi-sarcastic guess...but cracking down on illegals restricts their voter base. Cracking down on terrorists keeps their (illegal)voter base alive.
