I got ahold of a handbook some years back when at a meeting of statewide educators - I was a panelist for the parents side - anyway, one of the teachers left her handbook from the state Dept of ed. in the washroom.

Among other chilling goodies was the rationale that they were getting to the children to late - the conclusion was that they needed to get their hands on the kids earlier than 5 years old "before their parents have instilled their values in them."

And that is the real rationale for preschool....they look upon our children and belonging to the state...as did Communist Russia. They are the ultimate elitists

If you still have that handbook, you should make copies, scan it in, and send it to everybody you know.
