On Wednesday, the California Supreme Court voted 6 to 1 to not force those convicted of having oral sex with underage kids to register as sex offenders with the state. The majority judges said that the law was "too harsh and unfair."

Every voter in this country has to read and re-read this. Maybe then the "average voter" will finally realize just how degenerate much of the judicial system is.

Upon actually reading the article, I see their reasoning is that

1. Under current law, having actual intercourse with someone between 16 and 18 does not mean that you have to register as a sex offender
2. But having oral sex with (presumably) somebody between 16 and 18 does mean you have to register as a sex offender
3. It makes no sense to treat oral sex more harshly than actual intercourse.

In my case, I left to attend a University in another state...I never returned largely because of the laws and high taxes and idiot politicians (although WA state has some real insane politicians now too, such as Patty Osama Murry).

I'd personally much rather see those who have sex with children be dragged to the public square, have their crimes announced to society, and publicly executed.

I read an article like the one posted regarding the soul sick judges in CA and shake my head in absolute dismay.

Makes me want for each of these judges to walk into their homes and discover some someone engaging in oral sex with the judge's grandchild or child or niece, nephew, whatever. Nothing wakes up a dead soul like a reality slap in the face.

Children are innocent until ROBBED of this by predatory, soul sick creeps who find benefit in destroying such perfect innocence. The sick behavior of such predators, which must fulfill some psycho sexual need for control and satisfaction can devastate, hurt, confuse and even destroy a life too little and too weak and too young to fight back.

I would like the name and address of each of these judges. Wouldn't you?
