I'm sure the first thing Bennish will say in class on Monday is this :
Bennish : From now on, all audio recorders are prohibited from my classroom. [Chances are the other teachers would follow suit.] If I see ANYBODY with an audio recorder for ANY reason, it WILL be confiscated, you WILL be sent to the principal's office, you WILL be suspended from school, and you will NOT get your audio recorder back until the end of the school year.

I was just doing a little research on Google, and you wouldn't believe the amount of universities who have policies of "no tape recorders without consent of the instructor". I'm sure Bennish or his indoctrination center will now either adopt such a policy or ban all recorders outright.
