I'm not ragging on the Pentagon. I'm sorry if I wasn't more clear in explaining my point. Just because everyone say's the UAE is safe, there hasn't been any attacks, that doesn't mean it will be safe tomorrow or a week from tomorrow. A terrorist can strike at any given moment. Should one of our ships be attacked there like the one in Yemen was, would you still think the UAE was a safe harbor to dock American ships?
