BEIJING (AFX) - China has said nuclear co-operation between the United States and India must conform with the rules of the global non-proliferation regime.

'Co-operation must conform with the requirements and provisions of the international non-proliferation regime and the obligations undertaken by all countries,' foreign ministry spokesman Qin Gang told Agence France-Presse.

Qin was speaking to reporters in Beijing as US President George W Bush and Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh sealed a nuclear deal in New Delhi seen as the bedrock of a new bilateral strategic partnership.

This reaction from China is proof of the strategic importance that the US has to seek a new large partner in the world to counter the growing ties between China and Russia and Iran.

Forget about Europe. Corrupt Europe has shown that they can't be trusted to fall in line when the chips are on the table.

"What lies behind such humour is rank jealousy. Success, no doubt, breeds envy but when your own impoverishment or incapacity adds the curse of dependence envy turns rapidly into dislike. The more the world needs America the more it hates itself for it. And since one cannot swear at oneself, America becomes the next best victim."

This is EXACTLY true.

Well you shouldn't have sold nukes to Iran, Pakistan and North Korea. Too late.

"China has said nuclear co-operation between the United States and India must conform with the rules of the global non-proliferation regime."

And it will and China knows it. Heck, the IAEA is the one spearheading the NPT reform.

'Co-operation must conform with the requirements and provisions of the international non-proliferation regime and the obligations undertaken by all countries,' foreign ministry spokesman Qin Gang told Agence France-Presse."

This is typical China Mind Farting.

Of course the nuclear agreement will comply with non proliferation guidelines. The Chinese made this announcement to make the international community suspicious that something is wrong, and then when it comes in right, they can claim credit for making it right through sabre rattling.

China is responsible for the proliferation of both Pakistan and North Korea. Pakistan because China coudn't stand having a non communist aligned nuclear power in India right next door, but they are working on Nepal and Buthan by hegemony, and next will be India but for the good old U.S. of A.

And North Korea because China couldn't stand having unthreatened economic giants like South Korea and Japan making them look under powered in Asia, right next door, and wanted to spread the USA thinner.

Soth Korea and Japan will increase their military expenditures to match China's and will evolve to more independence in military affairs by necessity.

China can just F___ Off and die right. We are doing everything above board while they did it contrary to the Nuclear non-proliferation guidelines with both North Korea and Pakistan, and will again with Iran.

The US alliance with India has the Chinese going all froggy. They didn't expect it.

Watch China begin more torture of Tibetans and more displacement of Tibetans by increased Chinese settlement as she pours more soldiers into Tibet to rattle India, and Buthan.

Heck, maybe we should help Mongolia gain a nuke capability along with every other country surrounding the chi-coms.

China is a third world cesspool.
