Yep, it was perfectly legal until it wasn't, then they stopped doing it when people found out it was harmfull.
I chewed on my crib when I was a kid, does this mean I can ask for money too?

They are saying that there are 240,000 houses in RI with lead paint at a cost of $10,000 a piece allotted for lead paint removal. My question is ..How much is the state going to insist the homeowner pay out of his own pocket for say permits or inspections ? It makes me uncomfortable.
