It Mushroomed because the Democrats threw so much bullsh1t on it.
Had we stayed united, I bet the situation would be soooo much better than it is now. The insurgents saw a crack in our unity (generated by the Dems for political purposes) and have exploited it.
I find this incredibly insulting.
