Current TV, based in San Francisco, features alternative news and "citizen journalism" pieces, many submitted by amateurs who send in video. According to its web site, viewers contribute about one-third of the station's content.

Sounds like it is no better than the dorks from high school TV clubs who show their programs on local-access stations.

"Minnesota Public Radio claimed in a suit filed earlier this month that it applied to register "The Current" as a trademark four months before Gore's network changed its name to Current TV."

Can anyone explain to me how Minnesota Public Radio is promoting the Progress of Science and useful Arts by filing this lawsuit?

Former CLINTON White House political advisor at the time DICK MORRIS just predicted tonight on the FoX News Channel that AL GORE is setting up a powerful 2008 "Re-Elect AL GORE" Presidental
Campaign (in reference to GORE's year 2000 Florida loss ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court).

MORRIS also predicted that the Democat Party's Anti-War left could indeed propel GORE over a Presidential Candidate HILLARY during the 2008 primaries.

Actually, Al Gore invented amps = short for amperes; he also invented the methodology to count the number of electrons in an ampere (6.something x 10^23rd IIRC) and wrote legislation that would have allowed electrons to vote in national elections. Having brought those innovations to tech-hungry populace, he naturally feels empowered to utilize current, the flow of electrons, any way he pleases.

I tried watching it, forget about liberal bias, these people are to stupid to understand how to be biased.

They know less about the news then the audience does.

Which is why they have no audience...except for maybe family members.
