It's really a shame that the Administration didn't communicate better on this.
They've been working on this since Oct 2005.
There could have been proper press conferences and so forth.
The media can't be counted on for any facts, we the people have to dig them all out for ourselves.
This whole thing is nuts...sane and rationale people can see the advantages and the risks. I think the positives outweigh the risks.
An almost entire Arab based country, filled with US and UK expats ready to help us, a sound military base to operate from, where we can reach the entire area...
Unbelievable over reactions from government and media and public alike. This is what 8 years of CLinton has done to this country...split the house so completely we can't stand anymore....

I agree. The Administration let this get out of hand too quickly and let Schumer and Clinton set the tone of the dance. Facts are missing from this debate when they ARE the debate.
Political grandstanding is dangerous when it comes to national security and the war on terror. But it is all the democrats have anymore.
