Terrorism is not exclusive to the Middle East. Also, Dubai will only be operating a small fraction of the ports. I notice no one is complaining about China running ports out West. Also, take a good look at who is railing the loudest against this deal-and what party they support. This is showboating, pure and simple.
They should be thrown out as well with air and seaport operations left entirely to Americans.

Yes we do have lots of homegrown lowlifes but I fail to see how that could justify the possibility of importng more. We're kidding ourselves if we believe terrorists won't eventually find themselves into port operations in some capacity.

Man, this Timothy McVeigh argument has come out a lot in the past couple days. Prior to this week, you only heard left-wing nutjobs using it. The point of this argument----that being from the middle east does not make one more likely to be a terrorist----is ridiculous on its face. How many homegrown, all-American terrorists can you think of? Let me help you out: McVeigh...the Unabomber...that Eric Rudolph guy...wow, now that you mention it, I guess that is just as many terrorists as the Middle East has produced!!
