I'm with you and Franks on this but I've got several of Horowitz's books, and he's a fantastic writer, a former leftist who's converted to Reaganism. Amazing story, really Actually Horowitz didn't write this.
My opinion, Ms. Ehrenfeld wrote it, with Vallely tagging on.

BTW, Vallely retired back in 1991.
Who to trust a retired general from 1991 or a retired General who has actual and recent experience dealing with the UAE.
