Well he will live because the judge that signed the original death warrant that expires tonight says he is against this execution now.

The story I heard on local radio is that the judge is legally obligated to sign a replacement death warrant.

I think the left may have found a legal loophole and mechanism to stop all these lethal injections. Morales may never see the death chamber unfortunately.

If an execution is considered cruel and unusual then what do they think occurs when the creep murders his victim. When the creeps makes sure that they are taking their victim's life in a painless, considerate method then we will be more concerned as a society on how we end their life. I guess that's why I'm NPC
