Also, I remember clearly the Iraqi nuke scientist, one of Sadaam's sons brought him centrifuges and said hide these so we can rebuild our nuke program once the UN inspectors leave. The scientist hid them under rose bushes. To me this one incident proves they planned on building nukes first chance they got.
