Hard to believe this woman is a professional writer.

This article is unreadable.

Abject Hate, too. Ivins, Dowd, Estrich, Boxer, Pelosi, all of the NAG HAGs, et al., are all going to end up looking like Helen Thomas.

Ivins is a cancer all by herself. She is so hateful that her opinions are just rants of the nutters she represents on the Left Wing blogosphere. That anyone really takes her seriously shows just how whacko the MSM and its adulants are.

Ivins is a cancer all by herself.

I hate her politics but yes, her cancer has come back a third time .. I just lost a very good friend to this disease and I wouldn't wish it on anyone, not even Molly.

Molly's Third Round

This incident has been a powerful reminder of why I can't stand liberals and the press (sorry about the redundancy). They are utterly transparent in their vile hatred of Dick Cheney.

A surgeon friend of mine likes to point out that if they live long enough, eventually EVERYBODY gets cancer. If you must empathize with a political personality who is dealing with cancer, might I suggest Laura Ingraham? If Molly Ivins heard that Laura Bush had cancer, she'd hope it was inoperable bone cancer.

As I said in my previous post, I just lost a close friend to cancer.

So, your trite little blurb, with it's veiled implication that Molly Ivins having cancer is somehow better or worse than Laura Ingram having cancer does nothing more than confirm for me that, at their base, your politics are just as blind, hateful, and ignorant as those espoused by Ms. Ivins.

They're just different sides of the same dark and spiteful coin.

We've all lost friends to cancer to cancer. You are not special. Neither is is Molly Irvins. I don't make light of her suffering. My point was that her condition has about as much bearing on my opinion of her political venom as Ingraham's does. I don't suddenly find myself agreeing with Ingraham more often now that she's sick.

I'm sure you're the most sensitive, Christ-like person who has ever posted on FR (even as you were referring to Ivins as a "thing" earlier on this thread), but save you moralizing for someone who gives a sh-t. I don't. I see right through you.

You are correct , of course. I did not know about Molly's disease. Being a cancer parathetically meant for me however that she herself was a disease in the body politic. I visit the sick often and know what you speak of and agree with your assessment.

Damn presidiot, I must have touched a nerve.

We've all lost friends to cancer to cancer

Next time you experience netrage you might want to consider taking a deep breath, you stutter when you're pissed off.

You are not special.

Ouch ... damn, now you're shredding my delicate soul, you heartless bastard.

My point was that her condition has about as much bearing on my opinion of her political venom as Ingraham's does.

Then you did a crap job of making your "point"

save you moralizing for someone who gives a sh-t. I don't.

Thanks anger boy .. you've reinforced my original read of "blind, hateful, ignorant". It's evident that when you can't defend, you spew emotion.

I see right through you.

Fine, Nostradamus, but it seems to me that I'm not the one whose being exposed in this little interaction

Have a nice day

I'm always amazed when mindless nitpickers get hung up on spelling corrections and typos. If there is a less relevant comeback, I am not aware of it.

You were on this thread commenting on somebody's looks by calling her a "thing." Then you found out she had cancer, so a dozen posts later you started lecturing us on your profound insight: The fact that nobody deserves to get cancer. Thanks for the tip doctor.

I'm certain that your dearly departed friend approves of you using her suffering to chastize strangers on the horrors of cancer, but the fact is that nobody here made light of Ivins' situation. The superciliousness of it all is particularly comical.

You misinturpretted my typo: I am not mad. I'm enjoying watching you make an ass of yourself. It wouldn't suprise me to learn that your dead friend is having a laugh at your expense right now.
