I don't believe so. They commonly immerse themselves in human blood and entrails, note the pic above, but I presume they don't literally drink it. Then again, there might be some exception for human blood.

I have to say that it's low to expect the Israelis to negotiate with these people. Negotiate what? Their deaths?
Perhaps Israel could offer these people some AIDS-tainted blood.
