Why is evolution flaky? Please demonstrate that you have a sufficient level of understanding of the theory to establish credibility in speaking of its faults.
Like I said, I neither an 'evolutionist' or 'creationist'. I'm no expert in any of them. But, evolution cannot explain the complexity of DNA and the many differences you see of it in nature. There are many scientists with much more detailed knowledge in biology who have come to question the validity of 'evolution'. It's the sheer complexity of DNA and the many different forms of life that come from it that causes so many questions. When evolution explains the compexities of DNA, then perhaps the challenges to the theory will go away.
(For now this will be my last post in this thread. But, knowing that this subject comes up very often at FR, I'm sure we'll discuss this again.)

OK, let's look at this statement logically. You state that you are not an expert on this subject--but then proceed to make a statement that requires a very high level of expertise in this subject.
When did "ignorance" suddenly become "an intellectually legitimate point of view?"
