Question.
If the person who made the sign were ther holding, on public property, would they arrest him?
Maybe for not having a 'protest' permit. But other than that, I don't see it.

It cant be a hate crime because its not a crime in the first place, unless it said Im going to kill all of you ((threat)) or something like taht its not a crime. Muslims will call it a hate crime.
However this isnt a hate crime of course.
They are just misunderstood of course.
