Doyle refused to submit to a test for blood alcohol when it was requested by responding officers. Wonder if the State Patrol supervisors their union...the Sheriff's Assoc. and Police Chiefs Assoc. will defend him as they did Peg 'the keg' Lautenschlager...

And his makeup man person handy with the appropriate application of an artificial tear...

It was funny, I went to school with him as well, and the kid was always in trouble. And he really was an a$$hole. Both of them were adopted and the poor little rich kid syndrome has to come into play sometime.
