I just did a Corona Replica paint job on my friends 2005 GSXR 1000. I rode it for a few miles before bringing it into my shop. Absolutely nuts. I banged third gear up around red line and was going over a small rise in the road and the front wheel came off the ground at 135 mph. Needless to say I backed off of the throttle. I'm 42 yo and have put over 150,000 miles on various sport bikes since 1988..(some VEEERRRYYYY expensive ultra-rare ones too...like Bimota SB8R limited edition etc...) I can say with all truthfulness that the new liter bikes (sport bikes) will tighten the sphincter of even the most advanced riders out there. They are no joke.
