That he previously walked the walk and talked the talk is of little significance to me now. That he and Karen faced a difficult personal decision and chose appropriately does not erase his subsequent sell-out. By supporting Arlen, he demonstrated just how little he really cared about the unborn.

He sold the pro-life principle to protocol, political expedience, personal ambition. That is unforgiveable. GWB likewise disappointed me greatly. Ironically, the RNC just called me for money....I told them precisely where to go, precisely because of GWB and Ricky's actions.

It's good to know where you stand, but sometimes, it's unfair to presume you know what is going on in another person's heart or head.

My background: I voted straight pro-life in 1992.
I would not have insisted everyone do what I did. Clinton won that year, but I was glad I took my stand.
Nowdays, I vote pro-life MOST of the time, but not ALL the time.
