Especially now what with all the construction. My nephew graduated from the School of Law there back in '99. Construction on the Loop made it a mess then, too!

Hi, Jinxy...I don't think they ever intend to finish the construction there. It would be no challenge to drivers if there weren't detours and bad signage everywhere!
