hmmm.. Faked Photo, a Predator Drone would not be able to take off, much less be able to launch an Artillary Shell..
Predators can carry at least a single Hellfire missle which weighs around 100 pounds. A single 155mm artillery shell weighs in at 97 pounds. So the Predator could carry it, but airdropped delivery of an artillery round is unlikely.
