We are a nation at war. You are not. You are the Monday morning quarterback. You are not in the game. You have no loved ones on the team. Do not pretend you are anything but a spectator with nothing to offer but an opinion on a war the likes of which have never been seen. The Gitmo prisoners are not "criminals" in the sense that you want to apply the "innocent until proven guilty". Germany did not hold trials for American prisoners nor did America hold trials for German prisoners while the war was on. It is so simple.
