I wish Kennedy would run for POTUS so that we could all see just how mainstream he is.He ran in the 1980 primary against Jimmuh Carter. He got creamed and Carter did not even campaign seriously.

I remember a plane ride with Teddy and his crew and the press on board during his limp presidential campaign. The senator was bombed and acting like a fool. Even the press was aghast (although they were probably as loaded as he was).
