I'm thinking it'll be a straight party line vote out of committee, and I still don't rule out a filibuster attempt on the Senate floor.
As far as Feingold goes, he got roasted alive by the far left for voting yes on Roberts in committe and on the floor, and he's one of the Dim presidential candidates who is pandering to the loons instead of trying to fool the moderates (like Hillary). There's no way he votes for Alito - the moonbats would abandon him in droves.
FWIW, the third Judiciary Committee Dim who voted for Roberts was Leaky Leahy himself.
Remember, Feingold is the go to guy for the improper conduct (?) of Graham prepping Alito and sitting on comm.
