I appreciate the "first one" appeal. But this procedure specifically creates the minuses(pain and blood) without the plus(first one). That's why it's insane. I can only see this working for couples majorly into S&M. But I have an idea! There's a time every month when a couple can have sex with pain and blood and it doesn't involve surgery! The pain, blood and tightness used to be the only way to be sure. Now nothing is sacred.

Sometimes it may not seem like it, but being first is very important to guys. I heard about this surgery yesterday, thought it was a joke and didn't think anyone could invent such an evil procedure. But then I remembered abortion.

IMO, this procedure ranks somewhere between abortion and assisted suicide.
