I just did a search at loc.gov on William Rusher and got 12 lines of all kinds of stuff by a William A. Rusher. Is this the guy they are refering to? The Search type I used was "Keyword*".
One of the titles is "Rise of the Right"
another is: "Making of the New Majority Party"
and: "Ambiguous legacy of the Enlightenment"
Two entitled: "How to win arguments"
Sen. Kyl entering into the record that a reporters remarks in an article do not necessarily reflect Princeton's position.
Kyl said Kennedy presented "scurilous material", enters Princeton paper into the record that said CAP was founded to counter opposition to ROTC and something about athletics.
