I just did a search at loc.gov on William Rusher and got 12 lines of all kinds of stuff by a William A. Rusher. Is this the guy they are refering to? The Search type I used was "Keyword*".

One of the titles is "Rise of the Right"
another is: "Making of the New Majority Party"
and: "Ambiguous legacy of the Enlightenment"

Two entitled: "How to win arguments"
