Out of the 3 of 3, you have to figure at least one, if not one and one half, are followers of Moongod, or the actual perps. Naturally these, Salam Salakem wouldn't have any fear at all on the train.
In other words the stats could read, "Half of native French fear taking the train."

The French need a spine. 20 little muzzies would not terrorize a train of 600 people in the United States. American 13 year old girls have more spine than that.
