Maybe it would be a good idea to start tracking wire transfers to Muslims who fit the terrorist profile.

Don't you be saying stuff like that around anybody in the fish bowl with United States of America's President and Armed Forces Commander in Chief, George Walker Bush or next thing you know he'll be acting out his office and "illegally" ordering the NSA to start checking!
[Thank God! - and for him]
They use other methods of transferring cash than wire transfers
Simple methods
They long ago devised many ways to avoid taxes and launder cash and other assets and move huge amounts of money without being subject to government of international or domestic banking transfers ($10,000 US)
One was hiding messages or amounts of dates in graphics (silly & complicated & time consuming)
The simpler way is using the number of words in a paragraph (10 words - my first paragraph plus my second paragraph 2 words = 10/2 or $20,000 or an address #10 2nd Street or 5 to 9 digit zipcode or ?)
Or using every third word - or using numbers that relate to chapters &/or pages in a book or TV show on a certain channel
These are just a few ways of using similiar methods of coding or cyphering from many years past
An open post or a tagline on FR can hide a message to transfer $XX,000 of cash or money orders or traveler's checks to some name in Saudi Arabia or Bolivia or Kansas
In plain sight is the method most used - avoiding "keywords"
Emails and phone calls are too easily spotted and caught

Maybe he had been watching Kramer Mad Money.... booooyaahhhh.
I don't know what the British can do but I'm sure that here some victims would be suing his estate.

As Brother Rush would say, "Stop the tape!"
In speaking to a reporter fish and chip shop owner Mohammed Mumtaz Tanweer, probably an immigrant, has such a command of the English language as to use the word 'orientation' in a semi-casual conversation? Has such a level of education as to use such phraseology, again in a semi-casual conversation, as "As far as I can understand, my son was more British in his orientation than... ?"
In short, no matter what your level of education, if it was your kid that died would you have talked like this?
