Could somebody explain the difference in Abramoff and Soros?

I don't think there is a difference. Also, what makes a difference between Abramoff and Tom Daschle's wife who pays for votes for the airline industry?

Abramoff is a shady character, but this is business as usual in Washington. Furthermore, I am growing tired fast of the total white wash in the MSM of democrat funds too.

I never thought it possible the old media would implode so easily. The lack of the ability of the Old Media to control the agenda(lies) is what has unraveled the Democrats.

If McPain is the Old Media darling, he doesn't stand a chance. I wonder what bribes McCain got from casino owners.

If you ask me, Abramoff is nothing but a con man. He conned the Indians out of their money and passed around campaign contributions. Isn't that what lobbyists do all the time?

I wonder why some enterprising Republican hasn't leaked tidbits from the Barrett report?

"eliminate lobbing altogether"...

Then they could be our kings and queens and vote how they want without paying attention to voters. Lobbying kept socialized medicine away - Hillarycare. Lobbyists are important for educating elected officals about the implicatons of proposed laws and programs.

"The thing is this is the result of the huge escalation in campaign spending that has been going on for ages. If we want these things to stop, we have to eliminate lobbying altogether. We also need to change the constitution back to what our founding fathers originally wrote. The senate should be appointed by the legislatures of the states. That way they will represent the state instead of special interests. The other thing that would help is term limits."

What YOU said, AND, I think our Senators and Reps should be required to spend the MAJORITY of their time in THEIR STATE....get rid of DC as a meeting place....set up meetings using technology. Lobbyists would have to go to EACH State, instead of to ONE location....AND, the constituents would have MORE ACCESS to their "representatives."

There was never any evidence that AL Gore and the other Democrats returned the donations that were collected in Bhuddist Temples. The donations were all made in cash, with no record of exact amounts. Al Gore was just the top beneficiary, but the former govenor of Washington was right up there, after holding several out of state fund raisers with these people.

I got a couple of thoughts, Abramoff, and nobody interested in receiving this particular leak. Maybe a Republican will have the fortitude to use a "Special Order" and read it to us via C-SPAM.

Something like a good deed covers a multitude of sins.

All that needs to happen is to pass the leak to a blogger or a radio host. As far as the old media, you are right.

But still it is tantalizing why no leaks -- waiting for Hillary? Make a nice sand bag.

Got to be clear with words, because I am not attempting to downplay anything.

Rather we have been through this deception of McCain/Feingold, and low and behold McCain is the chairman of what else but Indian Affairs, go figure that one and here it is all these many years later and we got a huge money scandal going on right their under both of McCain's nostrils.
