No, but you have to at least show that they are conspiring to do you harm first.
You can't just say that some group may be wanting to harm someone and lock them up for it.
Otherwise the liberals would have had the Minutemen locked up before tehy could bring too much attention to the issue of our porus border.
They'd lock up gun owners because they might use their guns to harm someone.
We already let homosexuals have "parades" on public streets. Talk about freaky.
And the entire universe?
Sure.
LOL..A threat from Chris Shays 'questioning Republican leadership!' Maybe if he were a senator someone might be concerned that he'd do a Jim Jeffords. Go ahead Chris. Question all you want you big lib.
...The defense bill is aimed at making it easier for the scouts, as well as 16 other groups and "any other organization designated by the president" that serves young people, to use such public facilities...
Says 'any other organization designated by the President'. Anyone think a future lib president can abuse this and force the DOD to host radical left youth groups? It does concern me a bit. I understand President is also the commander in chief, but I hope the DOD has some say as well. I wish they could have went with the narrow language for the Boy Scouts.
As it stands, Leftist youth groups and Black Supremicist youth groups have no problem getting access to public meeting facilities
As far as neo-Nazi youth groups holding meetings, as long as they are not groups that plan violence or insurrection, then I have no problem with them using public meeting spaces
If you're in fear of the Boy Scouts coming to kill you, then you have more problems that I know how to address.
The only people currently on the scene with a history of assassination will prefer to meet in their own mosques
