If you said you were disappointed, that would convey something else.

The books and movie are aimed at a very young audience. Unless one is a child, has children or are looking for validation in the underlying Christian themes, they might find it a little thin on plot,character development and believability.

I don't define the word "sux" as hate, if you do, that's your opinion and your entitled to it. If it helps, I was disappointed in the film.
