Great article, but wrong in one sense in its assumption about the Left. DU was heartily and sincerely cursing the NYT for not bringing out the NSA story a year ago. They thought it should have been released when the NYT uncovered it. They're missing the NYT's broader strategy of damaging Bush by not reporting good news. But hey, they're a bunch of Democrats. What can you say about their intellect that hasn't already been said?

Ands they wonder why their stock is down almost 50% in a year.
