First the Campaign finance reform and now THIS!!!!

The white house fought this off as much as they could.
The house just voted for it over the two thirds veto proof margin.
It was not up to the white house the congress was going to pass it over his veto anyway.
McCain bulldogged his way to victory.

My thinking too. It doesn't matter whether the bill has any teeth or not. The point is that it will be viewed as a tacit admission of having done wrong.
