They're going to come in the same they are now, however that is, by plane, ship or crawling across the Mexican desert where yes thousands of Indians, Chinese, and just about every other nationality have been apprehended.
When hundreds of millions live in poverty it's quite expected they'll flood into a country that refuses to enforce its own laws. The blame here is not necessarily on them but on the government that won't stop it.
