Under the new law, the terrorist’s family will be paid a base sum of $250 per month. The law takes into account extended family arrangements commonplace in Arab societies. The families of married terrorists are entitled to an additional $50 per month, and $15 are added for each child, $25 for each parent, and $15 for each brother who lived with the terrorist prior to his death.

The budget of the Palestinian Authority is largely subsidized by grants from European nations and the United States.

And this is undoubtedly in addition to other 'Benefits' given by the Terrorist Orgs themselves. I wouldn't be surprised if the UN will also provide some additional 'Humanitarian' aid.

BTW, does anyone know what, if any, official aid is provided to Israeli victims?

A pension plan for suicide bombers. Excellent!

Now if one came from a large family, and got all of them to "blast off" before you, one could become wealthy.

Bear in mind that the Cost Of Living in "Palestine" is about 1/10th that of the U.S.A.

So when you see these numbers in U.S. dollars, multiply by 10 to get a sense of how they're actually compensating terrorist families.

That "$250.00" represents about $2,500.00 in U.S. purchasing power.

Also explains the joyous gratitude for Saddam's $25,000 payments.

The precedent here must be the Kamikazes, if Japan ever paid their families?

So, for supporting and encouraging suicide bombers he'll probably get a Nobel peace prize.

What could be more comforting than the promise of a lifetime benefit backed by the full faith and trust of the Palestinian Authority? Bwahahahahaha!

This means that Abbas is politically weak and he realizes that he has to appeal to the Islamist base to maintain some power. Another words, either way he's sunk.
1. He can't compete with the Islamists because the PA is stained with corruption and people know the PA/Fatah could not give a rip about them. Billions in Arafat's pocket and not even a falafal everyone's pita, and not a camel in everyone's manger.
2. Paying the families of these terrorists puts him in the same class as Saddam. His American & European funding will dry up and he'll be swallowed by the Islamists.
3. He'll go for the hail mary and try to disarm Hamas and Islamic Jihad, in which case, they'll thoroughly anniliate him and the non-Islamist a$$hold arabs because Iran and Saudi Arabia bets on winners, and they have been funding Hamas and Hezbollah, who can attack the PA if need be.
4. Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad, Al Aqsa, known as Terror Inc, can set off a devastating attack in Israel, and draw Israeli fire, which may hit some of Terror Inc, but it will be primarily focused at the PA as they are the regional authority who allows such atrocities, and did not live up to their agreement to disarm Terror Inc, which they never planned to do anyway.

Once again, it's food out of my children's mouths. Between shelling out our hard earned paycheck to illegals, Katrina and government fraud, and now this, it's no wonder we're getting further and further behind.

The money moves in some fashion...who has it to start with? And then start to eliminate the money holders...one by one.

This prompts one to comment on the conduct of past wars, and the lack of logic in the conduct of the "war on terror".
In WWII we killed millions (literally) during raid on Germany and Japan. The purpose was very clear - to destroy the enemies source of of supply (weapons , fuel, etc.) and his will to continue fighting (just as todays enemy hopes to do to us).

To use this same logic in our present (asymmetric) battle, one of the main weapons of our enemy is the suicide bomber. What is their source of supply for this weapon, that should be destroyed? It is the families of suicide bombers! This post makes that even more clear.

I believe that, just as the Pallies want to reward them, we should give them the same consideration that we gave the Germans and Japanese. Although politically incorrect, it would be a great step forward in fighting our terrorist enemies.

Once a terrorist, always a terrorist.

Once again, I'll remind everyone that this man was the chief planner and financier of the Munich Massacre of Israeli athletes at the 1972 Olympics.

The fact that our elected leaders rolled the red carpet out for this animal at the White House and the Capitol is outrageous.

I fail to understand why that outrage doesn't seem to be felt by very many.

So the U.S. Government now pays Palestinians to murder Jews.

All sanctioned by President Bush.

It aids in the acceleration of America towards Dhimmitude, just where the Bush/Clinton cabal want us to be!

I am sick beyond sick of BOHICA-ing for these corrupt politicians who are pushing us closer and closer toward being the next France!

B.I.T.S @ T-minus 1 month and counting...
