You mean that document written by 19th century elites?

You know, the same people who only allowed land-owners to vote?

No one has a right to a good paying job. However, if you want a stable government, economy you have to have a path to a better future. One of the great things about America is that no matter where you start you can be successful thru hard work, and effort. No country on Earth that has had a large inequality of incomes has remained stable for very long. Britian had several civil wars, the USA had its own civil war due mainly to inequality of races but economics played a big part also. The france revolution, the red revolution in China and Russia. In present day history Look at France last month. True they were muslims but they were poor muslims, the race riots of the 1960's here had a lot to due with economics also. Mexico, China, Africa, the Middle East look at all the trouble spots and most of those troubles can be traced to the difference of the haves and have nots. A country without a strong middle class is a country waiting for a massive riot/revolt/civil war. So it is in the best interests of this country to have good paying jobs available not to provide them but to make it known that there is a peaceful path out of poverty. If America continues down the path the CEo's have started in the last 10 years very bad things will happen if history indeeds repeats itself. (which of course it does!)
