I haven't had fried Turkey yet.....was hoping to sample some this year. A friend made two birds this year, one roasted and one deep fried. (3 minutes/Lb; cooking time about an hour.) I asked him to bring some to work Friday. Was told there was none left.....did I want some roast turkey? Plenty leftover.
