Why not? Look at your post 369 as haarping on funding in a different way--the 1% saved on mileage is something a business could make a truckload of money on. And as Arnold Schwarzenegger once said (paraphrase), "If I promise someone I can make them $400 million dollars, and I can deliver on it, then it's only fair that I get some of the money."
