The "X" is directly over Cheney's face, not over the entire screen. Why would that be, I ask myself. Video switchers do not have the built in intelligence to place the "x" directly over his face and then all by itself randomly turn it self off and on. Bullsh$t that is what I say. Wonder if there is any computer logging down to the keyboard inputs? TV and radio has a lot of logging in order to satisfy FCC.It is just the Communist News Network at it again - look for more of this while the RATS can't get enough traction out of all the "stories" they manufacture and peddle. The X is centered in the frame, as is Cheney's face, IAW standards for shooting a talking head. The most natural place to put an X in a placeholder is in the center of the frame.

There's a lot to dislike about the libs and about CNN, but I have seen stupid mistakes happen before and this looks like one of them.
