I so wish that Cheney would reconsider running for President. He just oozes command and respect. I don't blame him for wanting out. I pray his sense of duty and love of country draw him to conclude that the country needs him.

He's the only potential candidate I could see myself fighting for out in the trenches.

Putting politics aside..Cheney would have a hard time because of the health issue..you could trot out every cardiologist in the world to say he's fine, but many people would have a sense of worry..given his cardiac history...BTW...McCain, if he runs, will have the ame problem..the skin cancer thing..wait till people start readign about melanoma, how it is the deadliest, and least treatable type of cance..

You do have a point there. I'm just afraid with that ticker and everything people wouldn't push the stylus at the last minute and he'd lose the undedecideds.
