I heard Fred Barnes say last week that "only 19% of the American people disagree w/the way Bush is handling the Iraqi war". Does anyone know where he got this figure?

Talk about a dissembler... "Smiling Joe" conjures up the vision of a shark every time I see him. When Biden pointed out the "dwindling" support for the war this morning, Wallace failed to ask him if that is not the result of the Dim's playing politics. It was the same old mantra: "We should have waited and worked to isolate Saddam with diplomatic efforts." The message is always clear from the Dim's that they cannot keep America secure.

Hayworth is a very articulate and effective spokesman for the Republican Party.
... was a television and radio journalist before entering the House. Before running for office, he was familiar to Phoenix-area residents as the sports anchor of KTSP-10's news report. ... He made headlines in November 2005 by telling radio talk-show host Don Imus, who asked if Hayworth would want President Bush to campaign with him, "In a word, no. Not at this time."

Agreed, two terms for the Senate, and three or four in the House.

What was the DU reaction to the House vote? I don't have the nerve to go look.I have it on good authority that it was a very bad night in the habitat of the Barking Moonbat.

I heard Fred Barnes say last week that "only 19% of the American people disagree w/the way Bush is handling the Iraqi war". Does anyone know where he got this figure?Well that surly doesn't agree with the well spouted MSM "60% are now against Bush's WAR" statement that I hear on the news every half hour (it seems).

Biden: answering what should be done in Iraq. Answer: The same thing WE did in Afghanistan ...blah blah
We are doing the same thing in Iraq we did in Afghanistan psuedo-intellectual Joe. If you understand Afghanistan you have no justification for opposing Iraq. It's about killing enough terrorists to make the rest realize messing with us is a STUPID idea. But as we have seen. For Modern Democrats, the pursuit of power trumps all other concerns. Life, Liberty, Pursuit of Happiness, principal, ethics, morality all completely secondary to a Demo Politician. Just another example of why it is NO LONGER safe to trust a Democrat at any level with your votes.

Is that the Pubbie Army that has been more interested in learning French maneuvers under the leadership of the little general himself, Jean McCaine.

..... Be my voice. I want this message heard. It is mine and my platoon's to the country. A man I know lost his legs the other night. He is in another company in our batallion. I can no longer be silent after watching the sacrifices made by Iraqis and Americans everyday. Send it to a congressman if you have to. Send it to FOX news if you have to. Let this message be heard please.

He made headlines in November 2005 by telling radio talk-show host Don Imus, who asked if Hayworth would want President Bush to campaign with him, "In a word, no. Not at this time." As he explained to Hannity the next day, he wanted Bush to come down to AZ and tour the border with him, then he would think about having Bush endorse him. HE WANTS BUSH TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE ILLEGAL PROBLEM WE HAVE DOWN HERE AND GET OFF THIS GUEST WORKED NONSENSE.
