So Murtha was one of the 403? Oh yes! He's trying to pretend this resolution is completely different from his "carefully reasoned" alternative.
J.D. blew that out of the water with the NY Times, WAPO, and--best of all--al Jazzeera front pages with headlines screaming that Murtha calls for IMMEDIATE WITHDRAWAL. I'm still laughing about that one this morning.

I think so.
Sort of like Rangel, a few months ago, introducing a bill to reinstate the military draft. Then, he voted against his own bill.
