DAMASCUS, Syria (AP) - A senior Palestinian official has called for a U.N. investigation into the death of Yasser Arafat, reiterating allegations that the Palestinian leader was poisoned by Israel.
Farouk Kaddoumi, head of the Palestine Liberation Organization's mainstream Fatah faction, said Arafat was poisoned by Israel "because he was a stumbling block to (Israeli) plans." Other Palestinians have made the same charge in the past and Israel has repeatedly denied it.

As I understand it, Arafat probably died from a lifetime of being probed in deviant ways. Probably by more than a few UN types, too, if their friendly relations with the PLO and off duty sex ring escapades are considered.
Dead is definitely good in this case.
Perhaps we should encourag them to have the body exhumed so an exhaustive post-mortem can be conducted - finally prooving that he died from AIDS and then we can all shout at the top of our lungs that Yarrer was a butt-pirate.

The real question is why the Israelis let that POS live as long as he did. The air definitely feels cleaner now that he's no longer polluting it. And I got nausious every time I saw him lock lips with a world leader. How they did that without puking all over him is beyond me.
It is President Bush's fault for not supporting gay marriage and additional AIDS funding.
