Mapes is a perfect example of just how arrogant the msm/lw media can be.

And a perfect example of what happens when a pharmacist gets the dosage wrong..

ER..UH...yes they can!

I have dish network, have unplugged any phone line to it, had a problem that I explained to them, they accessed my system by sending a personal sat signal to my system to correct the problem.

I watched them do it live on my TV screen!

Did you see Rasmussen yesterday? He was polling Bush JA at 46%.

I saw a headline this morning that says a subsequent Rasmussen poll now has it at 49%.

I believe a number of Freepers are doing the same thing you're doing in not contributing. Me too for that matter, as I've told them when I'm asked. I still donate to individuals and I make my support vocal and tell them it's contingent on their continued positions and work.

Tom Tancredo is a good example. He's getting money and support because of his positions and being outspoken over them. Tancrdo will win easily next year because voters know he supports their issues.

What is an unfused Vertebrae and if he could ski bum why could he not be drafted? The first time I ever saw Dean on one of the Talking Head Shows you could tell he was pushing running for President even though he was a Governor from a State that has less people in it than Broward County Florida. He was mean and throwing out accusations in an uncivil tone of voice, although he was nicer then than he was a few years later when he ran for real and started screaming and behaving like a flake. I could not figure out why any media would have this guy on to behave that way.

We still have too many who are sitting on the fence and not entering the fray to support us.

I agree

That speech that Santorum gave the other day about the President needing to be better at explain to the American people the reason for the WOT and what is at stake if we pull out and lose Iraq ..

In general I agree with .. the WH does need to do a better PR handling of this all

But what bothers me about Rick's comment is ..

Where they heck was he and other Senators when Teddy Kennedy announced on the Senate Floor that the day of the death of the 2000th Soldier ... that it was a Milestone and calling it an Auspicious day ??

We were they when Harry Reid went to the Senate Floor and called the President a liar??

Following is a list of 139 politicians that voted against the ban on partial birth abortion. In the aftermath of the 2001 terrorist attacks and all the talk about the sanctity of human life, ask yourself how any human being can defend the barbaric procedure of partial-birth abortion and if any person that defends this practice can be trusted with the public trust: New York: Gary Ackerman (D), Timothy Bishop (D), Hillary Clinton (D),

Really important that Freepers keep the facts in front of the people. Going to hear a LOT of good sounding Conservative rhetoric coming out of the Dems the next 36 months. That is why the Republican Leadership has GOT to grow a spine and ram thur votes on Border Control, spending, ANWAR etc. Going to be REAL important to have a solidly Democrat extreme leftist voting record to point to from whomever the Dems put up to counter with when the Dems start with their election propaganda.

I think the Official Congressional websites have the transcripts .. but I don't know that for sure. I know they have the schedule - so maybe they keep the transcripts too. It might be worth a look.

You are absolutely right. It seems for some it's so easy to get caught up in the bash Bush all the time mentality.

They're letting all of us who voted for the President down, too. We are constituents of both the Congress and the Senate, but it doesn't seem to matter to them.

The President can't run again .. They can't ride on his coat again

And by turning on the reasons why we put them in office is not going to help them

Siding with the Libs is not going to get them re-elected

However, if the dems try to claim credit .. I believe the Pentagon released a report recently showing the possible drawdowns, which will prove the repubs were planning for the drawdown all along.

Unless Richardson changes his entire body and face, he will not be on anyone's ticket. Physically he is not the slightest bit attractive, and he has lots of baggage. If you see him getting major plastic surgery and fat farm visits then we will know that he is a serious contender. I don't think the General Public is like Esmeralda with Quasimodo. If that sounds cruel,so be it he needs tens of thousands of work before he could be the slightest bit of a contender.

I wish I had an answer, but I don't. It's upsetting to me just as it is to you.

I realize DC style politics are foreign to me on many things but this seems to be way off base with our side lacking support.

The mediacrats haven't figured out that the French have decided to fight the terrorists on their soil, rather than in Iraq as we are currently doing. I wish that was one point Bush would have made in his Veteran's Day speech.

"I do have a phone connection as they request"

I use my DirecTV mainly in my RV. I have never connected to a telephone (on't have one) and if I ever wanted to get PPV, I would call them for it on my Cell.

Can't say if they can monitor. Call and ask. But don't take an answer from normal tech support, ask for a hiigher level.
