Riley said he intended to take action weekly on officers found to be AWOL ... Is there any logic in this? The Hurricane struck on August 29th ... nearly 3 months ago. How many weeks will it take them to determine which of their officers were AWOL? Why not fire them all at once ... like 2 months ago?
What's going on here? Are they going to fire them just as soon as they invent them?
Even their incompetence begins to reek of fraud ...
