I'm sorry, what do World War II war crimes have to do with the hideously inflated price Japanese paid to buy (and lose money on) Rockefeller Center? Foreign direct investment takes money out of other countries and pumps into directly into the US. How anyone (who has taken Economics 101) can be against this is beyond me.
